Business Accelerator Academy FAQ
My small business needs help with online sales and/or digital marketing in the new economy. How does this process work?
Fill out this form and tell us a little bit about your business. Someone will reach out to you for a phone consultation within 24 business hours to discuss your needs and craft a custom training plan for you to get your business moving again. Once we have mapped out a custom solution to meet your needs, you will receive instructions to formally register for the program through an online portal during your consultation and we will confirm you are registered during the call to ensure you are all set! Within 24 business hours of formally registering for your custom training plan, a MotlowTrained design instructor will reach out to you and you will work together 1-on-1 to accelerate your business!
Is the Business Accelerator Academy free? What's the catch?
Small businesses with 15 or fewer employees located within Motlow's 11-county service area are eligible to enroll in the Business Accelerator Academy free of charge through the MotlowTrained Relief Fund. We care about the Motlow community, and that includes local businesses in our service area. If your business is located outside of Motlow's service area (Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, DeKalb, Franklin, Lincoln, Moore, Rutherford, Van Buren, Warren & White counties), contact your local chamber of commerce and ask them if there are any economic relief programs in your area that might be used to cover the cost of the program.
I am a designer and/or own a creative firm.
Digital creative firms are ineligible to receive free training from the MotlowTrained Relief Fund for the Business Accelerator Academy. If you are a digital creative firm and are interested in partnering with us in the future, please contact us separately using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page.

MotlowTrained Relief Fund
This fund was specifically created to offer free online training through the Department of Workforce Innovation’s MotlowTrained program. The goal is to provide opportunities for community members financially impacted by COVID-19 to up-skill for advancement into higher-paying positions, grow existing businesses online, re-enter the workforce, or make career pivots.
